What a fantastic property! Beautifully furnished, everything has been so well thought out, lovely throws, beautiful bedding & wonderfully comfortable bed, plenty of lovely dog towels provided & the whole place was immaculate. Alexa was a nice touch as well as the smart tvs in the lounge & bedroom. The dog bowls are a nice touch as well as the welcome basket & delicious cake. Literally 5 minutes to the beach & a 10 minute walk to the fabulous lighthouse pub which is so dog friendly & serves lovely food. I definitely plan on returning here. Couldn’t fault anything at all, there wasn’t one single thing that we needed that wasn’t provided ! 5* luxury.' - 25 April 2022

Made to feel very welcome on entering premises on arrival ,bungalow done to very high standard, with every comfort well thought out. easy access to many places of interest. the only downside for me was ; wished l had booked two weeks not one, but hoping to book again later this year - 7 May 2022

Absolutely lovely little bungalow-really well refurbished so that it feels light & spacious & the pretty,fresh decor promotes a 'beach' feel. Its been very easy to live there whilst on holiday as its modern,very clean,comfortable & well-planned.We found that everything that we needed was readily available whether that was pots/pans or a teapot!(And then its not only the bigger things like a Smart TV/Coffee machine/Alexa but also the little things like fluffy pilllows,soft throws & a welcome basket that make you feel that the owners have thought about & care about the guest experience. We know the area well & stay regularly ( so appreciate the many beautiful places to visit & great pubs,cafes & restaurants),but we hadn't walked down to the Coastline Village before & we have to say that we so enjoyed being there.It's a very quiet residential area (and we just have to say that the neighbours are wonderful!Everyone we met or spoke to was so welcoming).Position-wise,its a short walk to the coast path that will take you to the beach.And you can also easily access the clifftop path to walk in the other direction.Overall,we had a really lovely stay & very much hope to book again. - 3 June 2022

We all enjoyed our stay at no 10 Coastline Village, everything seemed perfect even the weather! We had some lovely walks along the beach with Honey my labradoodle .Very convenient that you are placed “ the right end” for dog walks on the beach! We enjoyed testing the local eateries ,my favourite was the Swan Inn at Stalham , best outing climbing up the church tower at Ranworth Broad ! A very relaxing holiday home from home x

Absolutely beautiful home that was so lovely to stay in, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We felt comfortable and well catered for - this property goes above and beyond for ease and comfort and has everything you'd need and more. Also a perfect location for days out and the beach is just a couple of minutes walk. All together it was perfect!

What a gem! A thoughtfully decorated bungalow. Well equipped and well located to many local attractions. The biggest attraction was being so close to a golden, dog friendly beach (all year round) which was really quiet. The huge bed was amazingly comfortable with luxury bedding. No chance of being bored with Wi-Fi and the smart TV ! We'll definitely be back. Well done Jos and Paul on creating a lovely property for many to enjoy 😎🏖🌞😊

We appreciated the welcome pack and the scones were delicious. It was great to have the milk too as we arrived in the evening and the local shop would have been shut. Your house is beautifully decorated and it was great to have the throws to cover the furniture. For me , I like to clean as I go and the provision of some cleaning product and cloth would have been good. It 's not something I would think to bring with me and also perhaps an extra bin bag. We would happily recommend No. 10 to any of our friends and would return in a heartbeat.

The bungalow is fantastic, anything you needed on our stay was provided.it was comfortable, easy parking straight outside and very easy to get around and lovely neighbours if you need any info.we would definitely stay again and would recommend 100%

Had a wonderful break away here last week. Everything was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable and dog friendly. Everything you’d need had been thought of. Lovely and peaceful location. We will definitely be booking again. Thank you very much. 16 September 2022

I had an amazing time at Coastline Village. The bungalow was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was perfect, neighbours were friendly and I very much enjoyed my cake left as a welcome gift. I really loved my stay and I would love to return at the earliest opportunity.
