The open plan kitchen has all the amenities you would expect; washing machine, fridge, oven & hob, toaster, kettle, microwave & coffee machine, together with a good variety of cookware and crockery


Bedroom 1

A bright and airy room and south facing. Bedroom 1 has a super-king sized bed that can be adapted into 2 single beds upon request.  Electric radiator and ample storage, hairdryer & TV



The house has wifi available throughout and the electric radiators are Alexa enabled. Full instructions for each appliance are provided in the Welcome Folder.  A welcome pack awaits you upon arrival. 2 parking spaces available.




The large open plan Lounge/Diner has space for everyone to relax.  Equipped with Alexa enabled electric radiators together with a LED Fireplace which also provides extra heating during those cold winter months!  There is a smart TV and Alexa can be used to provide all your tunes. There is a small selection of books and games for your entertainment.

Bedroom 2

A smaller room at the rear of the property.  Bedroom 2 has a double bed, electric radiator, wardrobe and a USB Charging point on the lamp.

Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome, we have provided throws that we ask you to use if you allow your pet to sit on the furniture as well as some dogs towels in a basket in the conservatory to give them a wipe over! The outside spaces are fenced so that pets are secure around the property.  



The bathroom at No.10 has a shower cubicle with electric shower, electric towel radiator.  It has been completely refurbished throughout


Outside Space

The front and rear outdoor spaces are fenced to provide a secure area for your four legged friends.  The front of the property is south facing and has garden seating and table. A BBQ is available for you to use.  To the rear of the property is a small courtyard, perfect for a morning cuppa! NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES


Shops & Restaurants

The local shop and post office is only a few minutes walk away for your every day needs. There are two pubs within walking distance which are  dog friendly pubs.  Larger Supermarkets can be found at Stalham (Tesco) 6 miles or North Walsham (Sainsbury's & Lidl) 6 miles.
